The Wooden Nest block, located at Korasida beach, is established with a lot of care, tradition and respect to the environment by Tasos and George Ntouras.

The block consists of 10 wooden premises, carefully designed to face the sea and the mountain. It is always available to accommodate you and make your vacation perfect.

Wooden Nest offers a restaurant and it is able to prepare launches within the premises.

The block is 18.3 Km away from Kimi beach, 18 Km away from Kimi port and 140 Km away from Eleftherios Venizelos airport of Athens.

At Wooden-Nest, on Korasida beach in Evia, apart from the impeccable hospitality and accommodation, you can enjoy unique flavors in the recipes of mom, grandmother and newer family members. Recipes that will remind you of your childhood with “food as it is made by mom”.

All our homemade food is made with the purest ingredients of our own production, such as sheep, pigs, chickens, rabbits of our own breeding and salads and vegetables from our garden.

Things you can do to entertain yourselves
At the Beach of Korasida for swimming!

The beach of Korasida is perhaps the most beautiful beach in Evia where you can enjoy your swim in crystal clear waters and relax in the endless blue.
The size of the beach is big enough and you can enjoy games with racquets as well as enjoy the sun.
Seventy kilometers south of Chalkida you follow the road to southern Evia (Aliveri, Kymi, Karystos) and after crossing Aliveri and the crossing for Karystos (you continue to Kymi) you will meet Neochori. There you drop speed and on your right you will see a sign for Achladiri and the beach of Korasida (as well as Kalamos, Mageira etc).

Gorge of Dimosari

Dimosari Gorge is one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in Evia. The most attractive and less tiring route starts at the Petrokanalo (954 m altitude). It ends at the beach of Kallianos after about 10 km of descent. The path is clear and marked, and a large part of it is under the shade of platans. Two thirds of the route is the village of Lenoessa. From there onwards, the journey takes place on a dirt road for one and a half kilometers. The dirt road gives the baton a new path leading to the sea under the green dome of platans.

The Dragon House of Ochi in southern Evia

The Dragon House, is hidden just below the highest peak of mountain Ochi. In southern Karystia more than 20 dragonflies have been described, most of them in the Styron area. But what is at the top of Ochi is the most important.

Tower of Avlonari

A Venetian tower, preserved and restored in 1953, is perhaps the most beautiful and well-preserved Frankish tower in Evia.

Monastery of the Transfiguration of the Savior

Outside the town of Kimi, which was probably founded in the 15th century, it offers the visitor the moments of mercy and serenity. Just a short distance from this we find the already ruined medieval (or Byzantine) Castle of St. George. Very close to Kymi there is the thermal spring of the Chounoutikos, whose water is famous for its beneficial effect on the cases of kidneys.

Monastery of Agios Charalambos Lefkes

It is a Byzantine monastery, built at an altitude of 460 meters, between towering poplars and an unlimited view of the valley of Avlonari, Kymi and the Aegean Sea.

Our complex collaborates with the KALAMOS DRIVER CENTER (www.kalamosdivers.gr), which is located on the beach of Kalamos and about 10 minutes away. This is an enchanting experience-Try it-you will be fascinated !!!!!!

Fishing
The area is famous for its fishing grounds. If you are a foolish fisherman the result will fascinate you. Ask us and you will not miss !!!!
